Thanksgiving

We had a nice Thanksgiving in Massachusetts. Mira did well on the plane, and had lots of fun with cousins Daniel and Kayla, Nana, Grandpa, Poppie, Aunts Amy & Jill, Uncle Jeff, and a whole slew of family and friends.

Hello all, Here are the most recent pics of Mira from Grammy's visit. She cut 2 little teeth on her bottom gum yesterday. They are a little crooked, so hopefully that is not an indicator of things to come. Sitting up all the time now with very good trunk control, but no signs of crawling yet.

Mira is siting up quite nicely on her own now. Here she is admiring Dottie.

Addendum: I forgot to list her newest stats. Mira went to the doctor last week. She's 25.5 inches and 14 lbs 11.5oz. She's a bit of a peanut. A cute peanut though, we think.

6 Months

Hi all, Here are some pics of Mira from yesterday (not technically 6 months YET). She has developed quite the personality these days. Still lots of giggling and smiling, but with a little more purpose. She has also put the nix on supine play. It's all about either tummy time or, even better, sitting up on her own. She still needs a little help in that area, however. She can sit up for a minute or two, but before you know it she has toppled over.

Mira Meets the LA Family

We went to the LA area over Labor Day weekend, and Mira met lots of new relatives, like cousins Kylee, Jadyn, and Bryce, Uncles Jerry, Kevin, and Adam, Aunts Rhoda, and Jenn, and Grandpa & Grandma Davis, and lots of of other family and friends. Here are some pictures.

Family Visits

We had a visit over the weekend from Nana, Poppie, Aunt Jill, Uncle Jeff, and cousins Daniel and Kayla. The cousins got along swimmingly. And, Mira tried her first baby food. It'll take some practice.

Hello all (from Amie),

Here are some snapshots of Mira's last week. We had friends visit on Sunday who have a little boy Mira's age named Isaac. They seemed to be somewhat intrigued by each other, but not as much as Mylee (their 3-year-old daughter) was intrigued by Mira.

Mira's latest antics: blowing raspberries and kicking her legs (hard!). We keep thinking she is going to break a foot.
